What Will This Event Cost?
Event Registration Fee: The registration fee helps cover the costs of advertising, mail, arena fees and miscellaneous supplies (such as ice, cups, etc.)
- $10.00 / day for the first horse (maximum of $50.00 even if staying 7 days)
- $5.00 / day for each additional horse (maximum of $25.00 per horse)
- $5.00 per person for people attending without a horse
Clinic / Lesson Fees: Attendees are responsible for any clinic or lesson fees they schedule.
Meals: Attendees are responsible for their own meals. We will be scheduling several group dinners, and anticipate the cost to be approximately $8.00 per person per meal.
Lodging: Attendees are responsible for their own lodging, and cost will vary based on the accommodations selected.
Horse Boarding:
- We have already reserved several barns just for our event.
- Make sure you bring a current Coggins for each horse.
- Attendees are responsible for providing hay, feed, water, bedding, and stall cleaning equipment (muck buckets). The
event organizers can assist with feeding and watering if needed.
BREP prices are as follows:
- Stalls - $25.00 / night
- Campsite - $25.00 / night
- Shavings - $6.00 / bag (You are welcome to bring your own but you must use shavings. Nothing else is permitted.)
